I need a circuit for my project, details: Input (220VAC) : CT transformer 12-18V 2Amp First Output : - 12V - Current up to 300mA Second Output: - Adjustable voltage 0-18V (using standard potentiometer) - Current up to 1.5Amp. - Limit the current to max 1.5Amp Conditions: - Please do not bid more than USD 10 - The part must be easy to find and cheap in price. - If i can't find the parts, please redo the circuit with available parts.

I have the design of that source already made in the simulator PROTEUS, My design is made for a maximum current of 2A. I am Venezuelan in my country all the components are easily found. You can also explain the operation of the same so you can modify the voltage and amperage voltage later
