Shopify Shop Supervisor for Customer Support (long-term cooperation over years).

Hello, I run a Shopify POD shop and I need help with the daily management of the shop. Your task is to send designs to customers, execute orders and answer support emails. You will also be in charge of complaints and returns. You will also be part of a fast growing online team with an established brand. The shop is in English, French, English and German. You will be the interface between graphic designers, the customer and the further development of the shop. Your profile: - Freelancer working alone (no agency, no team). - Know Shopify basics a little bit (for the maintenance of products and orders). - have a very good command of English (written and spoken for phone calls). - be able to answer support emails on your own - speak one of the three other languages (FR, DE, ES) (but this is not compulsory, with google translator you can answer all support requests). - Also be able to work on weekends (also on Sundays, so that orders can be processed quickly) - Good internet to be able to download and upload files (10-15mb files) - You don't need any design or programming skills.
