Hello, Operations Assistants! My name is Chris and I am the CEO at Big Easy Recruiting - an Independent Recruiting Company specializing in hiring Truck Drivers in the US for major Logistics clients. We are a small, dynamic, growing team running profitable operations from day one. You will work alongside with and be trained by the founder and division manager. There is tremendous room for growth on a company level, and with regards to influencing and helping create our systems and processes. We are a high volume, fast-paced business. We are looking to hire a motivated and efficient Operations Assistant who has the confidence to work in a fast-paced environment. High personal organization and time management skills are greatly preferred. Must have the ability to be flexible and quickly learn the processes and systems of the company. Must be versatile and able to assist different departments with their administrative needs. A confident and dependable Administrative Rockstar who is consistent and team motivated. This is a Full-Time Remote position. We are looking for an Operations Assistant specifically with these requirements: Native English or close to a native speaker Has strong and concise written and verbal communication skills Experience in managing and working with data on a daily basis Experience in handling a variety of administrative work and providing assistance to different departments Experience with creating processes/organization and/or SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) Can commit to a fixed set of schedule of 8am to 5pm, US Business hours with 1-hour break (Monday to Friday) Highly organized and detail oriented Fast learner, can pick up on new processes and software quickly Comfortable working independently Ability to create, learn and refine efficient systems of doing things, both on a personal and company wide level Remote work experience Nice to have: Experience in creating and writing ad copy / emails Knowledgeable in copywriting and SMS based customer support Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Provide assistance and support to the Sales/Recruiting department Assist our sales recruiters in identifying and contacting qualified candidates from our internal databases. Sorting and screening applicants from our various lead sources Assist in handling company systems and working within the company’s practices (CRM, task management software, phone/email/SMS systems, advertising systems, and internal communication systems) Assist in creating and posting job ads and writing simple ad copy based on our templates Provide feedback as to what you see working and not working, and help shape our company processes and strategies Growth Opportunities/Perks: Possibility to move into a management/decision-making role as the company grows Potential for upward mobility You will train under the best of the best in terms of experience in our industry.
