The Accountabilities:
Outbound International Cold Calling to generate sales.
Generating their own fresh International leads using Grabber Software.
Heading a team of 30 Technical Sales Professionals, comprising, Team Technicians for both Inbound/Outbound campaign.
Handling International Customers of America, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand to
Drive maximum revenue.
Manage and optimise the AD Campaign on search Engines (Google, Bing)
Driving the sales team towards achieving set targets and administrative goals within set parameters.
Research and recommend new markets and customers and develop new sales accounts selling products in the assigned market.
Preparing various payouts i.e. Team Incentive, Referral, on time as per pay structure.
Daily and monthly reporting to Heads, Sales Head & CEO i.e., Sales Performance MIS, Salesperson wise Sales & Revenue MIS.
