I need a proficient Tailwind CSS developer to create a specific type of video layout on my web platform. The layout's design should closely resemble the Instagram Reel layout with a focus on: - Vertical Scrolling: The layout should allow users to easily navigate across multiple videos by scrolling up or down. - Full-screen Video Display: On mobile the video should be fullscreen.
