The binding needs to enable the following functionalities: - Remote arming and disarming of the alarm system. - Monitoring the status of individual sensors and zones. - Sending sensor states to OpenHAB items. I do have a similar project that was written in Python for Home Assistant which I can provide as reference and guidance. Ideal Skills: - Strong experience with Openhab binding. - Proficiency in Python programming. - Familiarity with the Elmo alarm system will be a plus.
