This system needs to have the ability to convert live speech and respond back by pressing DTMF digits. (Example: inbound call will play "press 3 to continue" ,at which point your software would press the digit 3 or whatever digit is in the initial spoken phrase. Then, the inbound call (assuming you pressed the right digit) will say the next phrase.
