Our company (CREANDUM) are scouting for a suitable candidate for the Customer Service role. The Customer Service job role will require you to resolve our customer problems by responding to their emails using our email platform (Zoho). We will provide extensive training which will equip you with the required knowledge so you are able to make informed decisions on your own when working for us. About our company: Creandum is a leading European early-stage venture capital firm backing some of Europe's most successful tech companies including Spotify, iZettle, Depop, Klarna, KRY, Epidemic Sound and Small Giant Games. Creandum has offices in Stockholm, Berlin, London, and San Francisco. As of now, we are scaling our operations, this means we will have a lot of client inquiries, which we are hiring new part-time staff/freelancers to help assist us resolve our client's issues that they are facing. We are only recruiting customer service agents from: Europe, United Kingdom or United States America
