I need a VPN client installed on my server that will be "ALWAYS-ON" In the event the wifi on the ANDROID phone goes off or internet unavailable, the VPN tunnel should be re-established automatically without any manual intervention. The same "always-On" VPN should nbe able to connect to a laptop with UBUNTU and establish a permanent vpn tunnel.
