Looking for an English speaking & Japanese speaking customer care to work as live chat and possibly as ticket agent as well in the near future. Work would include basic computer troubleshooting and a basic understanding of software and technology. This job will sometimes have weekends if needed. Requirements: Japanese language and English are a must as you will be taking care of Japanese clients for an enterprise SaaS company. Strong Communication skills Is kind Presence of mind Fast thinker/problem solver ------------------------------- We are looking for a long term relationship! Training and resources will be provided until you feel comfortable and confident in doing the job :)
