Hi, we need to set up a live audio streaming service via WebRTC which will be listened to in broadcast by about twenty devices at a time by opening a special room provided via the GET parameter. To do this we need: A page for TRANSMISSION (speaker). e.g. The page must have the TRANSMIT, PAUSE, END and SAVE button. At the end of the broadcast, the speaker must be able to save the recording as an mp3 file using a SAVE button. When the speaker presses TRANSMIT the page starts recording the audio from the microphone and simultaneously transmitting it to listeners connected to the same room. PAUSE pauses. END stops the transmission. SAVE download the mp3 file. A page for LISTENING (listener). e.g. The page must have a LISTEN button.
We experiencing the issues with audio in IVRs and MOH under high load(300-400 concurrent calls). They are breaking up and very choppy. The CPU load with 400 calls is around 50-60%. There is no issues with about 150 calls. The server details are below: CPU: Dual Xeon Silver 4309Y (16x2.8GHz) RAM: 32 GB SSD: 1TB(RAID 1) Asterisk: 16.21.1 Front End: Issabel It should be enough resources to handle this load. We need someone who can analyze the issue and provide the solution for it.
