Knowledge in local labor codes and construction laws will be beneficial for this project. Understanding of common CAD software for 2D design is necessary. Detail-oriented, aware of safety regulations, and possessing previous experience with TAP plans would be advantageous. Must meet requirements in Tap_Plan_Checklist. Plans to be stamped/sealed and Site Plan (Final drawing J Model ) to be stamped/sealed.
